What Is AlloClae?

AlloClae is derived from donor human fat (cadaveric adipose tissue). Through an advanced cauterized washing and sterilization process, all genetic material is removed while preserving the growth factors, proteins, and collagen that make adipose tissue naturally supportive.

This process creates a terminally sterilized, biologically active filler that functions like your own fat—offering a more natural structure and integration than synthetic fillers.

Much like the human tissue matrices used to support breast implants or cartilage grafting in nasal surgery, this same medical technology has been refined to produce AlloClae for aesthetic use.

AlloClae Fat Injections?

AlloClae Fat Filler Areas of Use

AlloClae can correct localized fat deficiencies anywhere on the body.
Common AlloClae body contouring fat filler uses include:

  • Hip Dips – to smooth contour and enhance shape
  • Post-Liposuction Irregularities – to correct areas where too much fat was removed

For patients who lack donor fat or prefer an in-office, nonsurgical procedure, AlloClae provides an excellent solution. While the cost is higher at this stage, wider adoption is expected to make it more accessible over time.

AlloClae can be used to soften visible implant ripples or knuckles in women who are very lean and lack sufficient fat for grafting.
Dr. David Rapaport, New York Plastic Surgeon, has successfully treated numerous women who experience rippling from saline or silicone implants—most commonly along the outer chest or near the midline.

  • Smoothing ripples or visible implant edges
  • Restoring subtle upper-pole fullness in “scooped-out” breasts
  • Treating double-bubble deformities (where a clear crease separates the breast and implant)
  • Providing minor volume enhancement without revision surgery

Whenever possible, fat grafting using your own fat remains the preferred choice due to cost efficiency and excellent integration. However, for patients unable or unwilling to undergo surgery, AlloClae provides a valuable alternative.

Deep dimples and cellulite occur because tight fibrous bands pull the skin inward. While fillers add volume, they cannot release this tension, which is why they often fall short as a standalone solution.

We use a comprehensive two-step method to ensure the smoothest possible result:

  • Step 1 (Release): Using the Aveli™, we gently release the tight tissue tethers that are pulling the skin down to create the dimple.
  • Step 2 (Restore): To prevent the dimple from returning, we place AlloClae fat filler in the space to support the skin and create a smooth, even contour.

We find this combination approach works exceptionally well for complex cases, such as retracted scars or deeper dimples that require both release and volume restoration, ensuring the depression is fully lifted and supported.
