Dr. John Grillo, a board certified anesthesiologist with 30 years of experience, is one of Dr. Rapaport’s most trusted colleagues. The two have worked together for about 10 years. In addition to providing genle and safe general anesthesia, Dr. Grillo is a master at administering IV sedation, which allows patients to avoid the more extreme effects caused by general anesthesia.

For years, she has worked in top Plastic Surgery practices on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, educating and advising patients in achieving their personal and aesthetic goals. Tamara is a highly trained Aesthetic Nurse and Laser Specialist with more than 8 years’ experience. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics from Westchester University and later achieved her aesthetic license from Magnolia Beauty Academy in Philadelphia while practicing nutrition.
Tamara is a certified expert in Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) Therapy, Fractionated Non-Ablative Lasers for skin resurfacing and rejuvenation, multiple technologies for skin tightening, as well as treatments for vascular lesions of the legs and face. She is also a trained and certified expert in the latest technologies and FDA approved treatments for body contouring such as CoolSculpting and Sculpsure.
Tamara is experienced in performing a variety of cosmetic and medical skin therapies including oxygen therapy, LED light therapy, microdermabrasion, micro-current, Biosonix ultrasound, dermaplaning and medical grade chemical peels. Her diversified knowledge of skin care treatments and procedures, honed by years of experience, enables her to work with you to achieve the results you desire.
Dawn Rother is a licensed medical aesthetician with over three years of experience in the aesthetic industry, specializing in skincare, laser resurfacing and Coolsculpting treatments.
Dawn possesses a special talent for analyzing skin and developing successful treatment plans for the best result. Her approach to CoolSculpting encompasses advanced technical knowledge and artistry. During her time with Dr. Rapaport and Coolspa, she has helped hundreds of patients change their bodies and achieve their body contouring goals.
Dawn studied aesthetics at Dermologica Academy and is licensed in both New York and Pennsylvania. She earned her B.F.A. in Musical Theatre from Syracuse University, one of the country's top programs, graduating in 2012.
Dawn lives in Manhattan on the Upper East Side with her husband. In her time away from the office, she enjoys long walks in Central Park, attending Broadway shows and trying new restaurants.

Jeanette graduated from Rutgers University, majoring in Public Health with a concentration in Health Administration. While at Rutgers she volunteered at St. Peter’s Hospital as an administrative intern. She has been working in the medical industry for 5 years. Jeanette has a background in dermatology and has transitioned into the plastic industry. Jeanette loves working in the medical field and hopes to pursue a career as a Healthcare Administrator. During her free time Jeanette enjoys traveling and experiencing different culture.
