Description
Our 59-year-old female patient underwent a facelift with upper and lower eyelid surgery under twilight anesthesia. To improve the fine lines and pigmentation of her skin, a TCA chemical peel was also performed during the time of her procedure. She is seen before and 4 months after her procedure.
