Treatment performed: Breast Implant Revision

Description

This mother of two originally underwent a endoscopic transaxillary breast augmentation with silicone implants performed by Dr. Rapaport in 2008. A breast MRI confirmed rupture of her left silicone implant, necessitating bilateral implant removal and replacement (R&R) with a left capsulectomy. The patient elected to maintain her current implant size and convert to saline implants. A mastopexy was discussed but deferred at the patient's preference. Patient is still healing and final results are ongoing.
