Description
24-year-old seen before and after breast enhancement with 375cc silicone implants placed over the muscle via the inframammary approach. This patient was a competitive athlete and did not wish to have her muscle affected by surgery. Competitive body builders are among the few cases where Dr. Rapaport may choose to place the implants above the muscle.
