Description
Our 45-year-old patient desired a fuller chest but requested a conservative, natural-looking size. She received 250cc saline implants to each breast through the underarm (Dr. Rapaport’s famous endoscopic approach), leaving no scar on her breasts. She is shown before and 3 months after her procedure. Note how well the scars in the armpits have faded.
