Our 26-year-old patient desired a fuller chest but requested a conservative, natural looking size. She received 240cc Ideal Implants to each breast through the underarm (Dr. Rapaport’s famous endoscopic approach), leaving no scar on her breasts. She is shown before and 2 months after her procedure.
