Description
Our 59-year-old female patient underwent upper and lower eyelid surgery. During the procedure, loose and hanging skin was removed from the upper eyelids, while fat and loose skin were removed from the lower eyelids. This procedure was performed at the same time as her facelift under twilight anesthesia. She is seen before and 4 months after her procedure.
