Treatment performed: Breast Implant Revision

Description

Our 24-year-old female patient had her initial breast augmentation elsewhere and was complaining of ‘bottoming out.’ Her breast implants dropped over time, making her nipples appear high, and revealing too much skin below the breast. Her breast implant revision surgery involved modifying both breast pockets and securing the repair with a material called Galaflex (which has prevented a reoccurrence of “bottoming out”). The patient’s existing 325cc and 300cc saline breast implants were replaced with 335cc and 365cc silicone gel breast implants. She is shown before and 1 year after surgery.
