Our 37-year-old patient desired breast augmentation without a lift or any visible scars on the breast. She had 375 cc saline implants placed endoscopically through the underarms to her breast pockets. She is shown before and 5 months after her procedure. Notice how well her underarm scars have healed; they are barely detectable.
