Breast Augmentation

Our 49 year old patient desired a fuller chest but requested a conservative, natural looking size. She received 250cc moderate plus silicone implants to each breast through the underarm (Dr. Rapaport’s famous endoscopic approach), leaving no scar on her breasts. She is shown before and 3 months after her procedure. Note how well the scars in the armpits have faded.
