The above 23 year old woman was
extremely self-conscious of her breasts. Medically, her
condition is called Tubular Breast Deformity. In this
condition, the fold under the breast is very high and
narrow and the breast tissue protrudes into an enlarged
areolus. She was treated with 325 cc (left) and 380cc
(right) implants placed under the muscle with
simultaneous areolar reduction and fold release. Even at
her 4-month photo, her scars are barely visible; they
can be expected to fade even more with time.

This 40-year old mother of four
complained of "empty breasts" as well as sagging nipples
(yes, she breast-fed each one) Dr. Rapaport performed
augmentation with 295cc implants on the left breast and
300cc on the right breast placed under the muscle via
the underarm approach, as well as nipple reduction
performed at the same time. The nipple scars are
invisible in this case. Nipple reduction, If performed
alone, can be done under local anesthesia.
